"Packed really well"
My order from Performance Online showed up packed way better than I expected. Everything had plenty of padding, no dents, and nothing was loose or rattling around. it was a relief to open the box and see everything in good shape. I’d order again, and I’m hoping they take care of me with a little discount or compensation on a future purchase for taking the time to share the feedback.

My order from performanceonline.com showed up with all the parts I was expecting, and nothing was missing. The part numbers matched what I chose, the packaging looked fine, and I did not have to call anyone or sort out any issues. I am happy with how it all went

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered some parts from performanceonline.com and they did eventually show up, so I can’t say it was a total problem. But shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was kind of frustrating. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole delivery process felt average and could definitely be better

I ended up having to wait longer than I thought because the item was on backorder, which was kind of annoying. But to be fair, they did keep me updated along the way, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. Still wish it had gotten here sooner, but the communication helped.

The parts themselves looked fine, but the install instructions were kind of lacking. My brother helped me with it, and we still had to guess on a few steps and look a couple things up. We eventually got it done, but it definitely took longer than it should have.

"Had the parts when nobody else did"
I was trying to track down some brake parts for my older truck, and just about everywhere else either showed them out of stock or on backorder with no clear timeline. Performance Online actually had them listed as available, which was a huge relief because I was getting tired of searching around.
The ordering process was simple, and the parts showed up when I expected them to. I do wish there had been a little more communication after the order, since I like knowing exactly where things stand, but overall they came through when I needed them. I’d probably use them again, especially for harder-to-find parts.

"Return started fine, then got frustrating"
At first I thought the return process was going to be simple, and I was relieved. But wow, that feeling disappeared fast. It’s been weeks now and I’m still waiting on my refund, with no clear update. Really not happy with how this has dragged on.

"Helpful brake kit support, just a little wait"
I needed some help figuring out if a brake kit would actually fit my setup, the tech support person seemed to really know their stuff. They walked me through what to check and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I appreciated. It did take a little while to get connected, so I’m giving it 4 stars — that seems fair, right? Overall though, the help itself was solid.

I appreciated how they kept me updated on my order the whole time. I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any hassle, which made the process really smooth. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience

"Checkout was a bit of a hassle"
I tried placing an order on performanceonline.com, the checkout was more annoying than I expected. Some pages were loading slow, and I ended up having to type in my info again because it didn’t save properly the first time. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until later, which kinda threw me off. I did manage to get the order through in the end, but the whole thing felt a little clunky. Hopefully they smooth it out soon

"Customer service took way too long"
Not gonna lie, I was frustrated with how slow customer service was. I just needed a simple answer about my order, but my emails felt like they were being ignored, and calling didn’t really help much either. Maybe they were just busy, but I was left annoyed and unsure what was even going on.

I had an issue come up with a part after it was installed, and I wasn’t sure how the warranty process was going to play out. I reached out to Performance Online, and they got back to me quickly, which made me feel like they actually cared about helping.
They asked for a few details and some pictures, then helped get everything sorted out without turning it into a huge hassle. From my experience, they handled it the way you’d hope a company would, and I really appreciated that. I’d feel comfortable buying from them again.

I got the kit and it had around most of the parts I needed, but a couple of the smaller pieces seemed to be missing or just weren’t labeled very clearly. I had to figure it out myself, which was a bit annoying. Not a huge deal overall, but it definitely made the process take longer than it should’ve.
